And that's the main problem here: One can't get a clear indication of the purpose of . Does it want to help singles find love or sex? (On the other hand, you can get videogames here, even if you're not looking for them.) Let's assume you're open to love as well as sex (most of us are) and look at what offers to help you get it.
is a content-rich dating site
The first thing you notice about is the colorful homepage, with stock photos and member photos competing for your attention. There are not one but two menu bars on top. Though 's home page looks fairly professional, there are some pages with text running all the way into the corner of the frames, revealing less-than-perfect design work. There's a link called "Interesting Stuff," which takes you to a page with, among other things, free videogames (currently Mini Gold, Pac Man, Hexxagon and Space Invaders are available). In the same section, you find a collection of pickup lines, both good and bad, clearly labeled so you can use the first and avoid the latter. Whatever you may think of its content, you cannot accuse of being stingy.
Join a club to find people with similar interests
If you can overcome 's home page navigation challenges, then you can start exploring the forums, chat rooms, network-building tools -- features available even to free members. The advantage is you can sign up for a club in a category that suits your dating fancy: For instance, "All About Sex," "Romance," "Food," "Penpal Friends" and (yes) "Online Gaming." But would someone really come to an online dating site to find food lovers or gamers? (At the present time, the "Food" category is empty, but the "Online Gaming" category contains three clubs with a total of eight members.) In any event, makes these clubs available should you choose to take advantage of them to find like-minded individuals to mate or date.

But a search for women between the age of 18 and 99 in California with photos produces a short list of 20. A similar search of men in the same age range and location produces a slightly longer list of 38. A search on for ALL women between the age of 18 and 99 in the U.S. with photos returns a list of only 1,283. These, while inconclusive, do reveal the relatively small size of the pool available at .
