With over 90,000 members, almost all of them fitting into that demographic, users' chances of finding someone who sparks their interest is reasonably high. While sites like Match.com allow people to specify what religion their potential date should practice, that information tends to get lost in the list of other desired attributes and is overlooked. And honestly, most people don't feel very comfortable straight out writing, "I am looking for someone who is Jewish" in their dating site profile. It isn't exactly politically correct to do so. is a great solution because it makes it clear from the get-go that members are only interested in meeting those who share their faith.
's extensive search options worth the price
Unfortunately, membership doesn't come cheap. Full premium members pay $29.94 a month, $59.94 for 3 months, $134.94 for a year. By joining, you can view and contact all members. You can also search according to age, sex, region, ethnicity, sexual preference, profession, religion, hobbies, long-term, short-term, marriage, friendship only, pen pals, languages spoken, ethnicity, picture and profile availability, height, body type, religious affiliation...even synagogue attendance! (Bet you won't see that on Match.com.) One of 's fantastic search options is the keyword search. Using it, you can look for someone who shares a hobby with you, has the same favorite movie as you do or who went to the same college as you did. It's a great way to narrow down your matches.
's Bonus Features
Beyond the search options, has several other useful features. They include:
- Networks: Invite people you're interested in to join your network or join networks when you're invited. In these networks, members can share photo albums, bulletin messages, etc.
- Hotlist: Save that cute girl or hot guy to your Hotlist so you'll be able to find and contact them when the time is right.
- Dove: Let TPTB at know exactly who you're looking for. When someone who fits your wants shows up, they'll drop you an e-mail!
- Magazine: In 's interactive magazine, members can post their own article on relationships and dating and read those written by their fellow members. These interesting articles cover everything from first dates to dating safety. There is also an area where members can ask for and/or give advice.

is of limited use for Jewish daters unwilling to pay
While has many great features for members, it's not a particularly useful destination for non-paying members. Non-paying members can search using limited options and can view photos and vital stats. Try clicking further to view profiles, though, and you'll be bombarded with pages urging you to sign up for a paid membership. 's only feature worthwhile for non-paying members is the interactive magazine. If you're interested in reading the articles, head on over. If, though, you just want to browse through member profiles but aren't willing to shell out the 30 bucks to join, I wouldn't advise you to waste your time there.
Relationship-based extras crowd
The provides lots of great links to relationship quizzes, articles, advice and sites. Unfortunately, they're all thrown together on the main page. The effect is a crowded, non-appealing front page. Get past that, though, and the rest of is fairly easy and simple to maneuver.
