Unfortunately, this rather generic site doesn't seem to have many features geared toward an audience of wannabe interracial daters - is identical to all the other Mingle Match sites except for the membership itself. ' level of activity appears fairly low - 261 men and under 200 women across the U.S. and around the world had uploaded photos within the past 14 days. A profile search on a larger, generic matching site like Match.com might actually match people with more would-be interracial-daters.

A search for a man of any age, race, education or religion - in other words, legally old enough to date me - within 25 miles of my home in a major metropolitan area yielded under 250 potential dates. A search for a woman over 18 in the same area brought in less than 150. claims to have thousands of members, but during my time online no more than 12 were in the chat room and no more than 55 were online at any given time. And since a profile search on a larger, generic matching site like might actually match people with more would-be interracial-daters, it's hard to see why would be a better choice. It's definitely less expensive than larger dating sites, but sometimes you get what you pay for.
